2. Custom Products and Orders
Our products are custom-made to meet your specific design and customization requests. As each product is unique, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Order Process: Once an order is placed, we will begin the customization process based on the details you provide. Please ensure that all customization information (such as design, text, photos, etc.) is accurate at the time of order.
Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. Please review all details, and notify us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
Design Approval: We may provide a digital proof of your design for approval before production. Once approved, we will proceed with creating your custom item.
3. Payment Terms
Pricing: All prices for products and services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees will be added at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Items: While we take great care in packaging and shipping your items, Thread Lab is not responsible for any damage or loss during transit. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days.
Customs and Duties: For international shipments, customs duties and taxes may apply. You are responsible for any customs or import fees associated with your order.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
As our products are made-to-order and personalized to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is any issue with your garment please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order providing the following:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the item and packaging
6. Customer Photos and Sensitive Content
If you submit photos or any sensitive content for use in your custom design:
These photos are only viewed by our team for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
We do not share or use your photos for any purpose other than creating your custom design.
Once your design is completed, any photos you have provided will be permanently deleted from our systems.
7. Intellectual Property
Our Content: All content on our website, including text, images, designs, logos, and trademarks, are the property of Thread Lab and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Customer Designs: By submitting custom designs or content (such as images, logos, or text), you confirm that you have the legal right to use and share that content. You grant Thread Lab a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for the purpose of creating and delivering your product.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thread Lab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or Services. This includes any errors, omissions, or interruptions in service.
